You must provide a valid email and delivery address when making purchases. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order as necessary. If an order is canceled after payment processing, a refund will be issued. Although we strive to provide an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Return and Refund Policy

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item was broken during transport
  • The item does not match the description on the site Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the goods and accompanied by photos showing proof of the claim.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Wine glasses must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Return costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To return your items by mail, contact us via our email address to obtain the return procedures and attach a descriptive photo.

This return and refund policy only applies to purchases made directly on our website.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Royal Glass is not responsible for problems resulting from misuse of the site.
