One of the most decisive, that of the great Burgundian producer Henri Jayer, allowed them to anchor and accelerate their project,
so that this dream born in France moved wine lovers from all over the region.

Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Zürich, is a famed designer, specializing in acoustics, psychosensory analysis, and bioenergetics.
He has been highly regarded since 1990 for his tasting glasses (Spiegelau, Cristal de Sèvres, Air France)

Laurent Vialette, esteemed wine expert is lauded for
his ability to decipher and memorize the profiles of great wines in
all vintages. His knowledge of the world vineyard is encyclopedic.
He is a permanent member of the European Grand Jury.
